Authenticity of Customer Reviews

1. Verification of Reviews

At Scrapelevel, we value transparency. To ensure that the reviews displayed on our website come from actual customers who have purchased and used our products, we take the following measures:

Verified Purchase Label: Reviews submitted by customers who were logged into their account or used their purchase email address are marked with a “Verified Owner” (Verifizierter Besitzer) badge.
Manual Review: We monitor our reviews to identify and remove spam, fake content, or reviews that do not relate to the actual product experience.

2. How Reviews are Collected

Reviews on our site can be submitted in the following ways:

Customer Accounts: Registered users can leave reviews for products they have purchased through their dashboard.
Direct Submission: Users can submit reviews directly on the product page.

3. Non-Verified Reviews

Reviews that are not marked as “Verified Purchase” are reviews where we cannot technically confirm with 100% certainty that the purchase took place (for example, if a guest user used a different email address than the one used for the order). We encourage all customers to use the email associated with their order to ensure their feedback is verified.

4. Incentives

We do not offer discounts, payments, or any other incentives in exchange for positive reviews. Every review reflects the genuine opinion of the customer.
