Return &
Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all standard, non-customized products. To initiate a return, please contact us at: info@scrapelevel.eu.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.

  • Be in original packaging (if possible).

  • The customer bears return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Personalized Goods)

Important: In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom Decals & Stickers: Items where you chose specific text, fonts, or custom dimensions (e.g., custom Instagram tags).

  • Custom Sun-Strips: Banners cut to specific vehicle measurements or with custom lettering.

  • On-Demand Graphics: Any product produced specifically for your order that is not part of our standard “Ready-Made” stock.

3. Cancellations

Since we produce many items on demand, an order can only be cancelled before production has started. Once the vinyl has been cut for your custom order, we can no longer accept a cancellation or offer a refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (for eligible non-custom items):

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (including custom items):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the defect and the packaging.

  • We will: Offer a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

6. Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., design files) are non-refundable once:

  • Downloaded OR Accessed.

  • Unless a technical defect is proven that prevents the file from being used.
