Cancellation
Policy​

1. Standard Orders

For any ready-made products (items kept in stock and not customized), you have the right to cancel your order at any time before the item has been shipped. Once the item is in the hands of the courier, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

2. Custom & On-Demand Orders (Important)

Most of our products, including custom Instagram tags, windshield banners, and personalized decals, are manufactured specifically for you (“On-Demand”).

  • The Cut-Off Point: You may cancel a custom order as long as it is in the “Pending” or “Processing” stage and production has not yet started.

  • Non-Cancellable: Once the vinyl has been cut to your specific requirements, the order can no longer be cancelled, and we cannot offer a refund. We start production quickly, so please contact us immediately if you made a mistake.

3. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible:

Subject: Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]

Please include your full name and order number so we can stop production before the vinyl is cut.

 

4. Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation is accepted (production hasn’t started), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
