A binding contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.
VAT Status: Scrapelevel operates under the Small Business Scheme (Régime de la franchise des petites entreprises) in accordance with Article 57 of the Luxembourgish VAT Law. Therefore, all prices are displayed as total amounts, and no VAT (TVA) is charged or displayed on our invoices.
Invoice Note: In accordance with legal requirements, all invoices will contain the following note: “Régime particulier de la franchise des petites entreprises – TVA non applicable (Art. 57 de la loi du 12 février 1979).”
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order at checkout.
Payment Methods: We offer various secure payment methods, including [List your methods, e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna]. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Under EU Consumer Law, you generally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period to return goods. However, this right is subject to specific exceptions:
Standard Items: For ready-made, non-personalized stickers, you may return the item within 14 days. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
Customized Items (Personalized Goods): In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
This includes custom Instagram tags, custom-sized windshield banners, and any decal where you have chosen specific text or colors.
These items cannot be returned or refunded once production (cutting) has started.
We ship to the address provided during checkout. In accordance with EU law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the package.
Unless otherwise stated, Scrapelevel owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including our unique decal designs.
You must not: Republish, sell, rent, or redistribute our designs or website content without written permission.
Customer Designs: If you upload a logo for us to cut, you warrant that you own the rights to that logo or have permission to use it. We are not liable for copyright infringements resulting from customer-provided designs.
Parts of this website allow users to post reviews. We reserve the right to monitor and remove comments that are offensive or violate third-party rights. By posting, you grant Scrapelevel a non-exclusive license to use that content for marketing purposes.
We are not responsible for content that appears on external websites linked to us. We do not warrant the absolute accuracy of all information on this site, though we strive to keep all product descriptions and stock levels up to date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
